Thanks to the latest technology Lithium Ion Batteries used in the AMG5T, bulk and weight has been kept to a minimum, the unit weighing around the same as a bottle of soft drink, small enough to fit in the glovebox of your vehicle. As with the whole JumpsPower range, don’t let the small size fool you though, these units pack a solid punch, able to crank a mid-size 6 cylinder engine up to 10 times from just a single charge, with a stand-by time of >2000hrs.
It couldn’t be easier to use either, simply connect the supplied cables to the AMG5T unit, hook the clamps up to the corresponding battery poles and your car’s ready to fire up. It’s even equipped with a dual reverse polarity protect function just in case you get the poles mixed up accidently as well as over-charge/discharge protection and anti-spark clamps for added piece of mind. LED indicators built into the cable itself let you know when the unit is ready to go. Too easy!
